t Athletes must pre-register by completing the 2011 SSG Entry Form. (click below)
Simply download and print this form. Once you've completed the form, mail it to the following address: Sooner State Games 211 N. Robinson, Suite 250 Oklahoma City, OK 73102 You must include the following four (4) items: (1) Entry Form; (2) Waiver (signed); (3) Entry Fee; (4) Proof of Birth Date.
Entries must be POSTMARKED on or before June 10th. Entries postmarked after June 10th will not be accepted.
t COST: Youth - $10.00 - 1ST event, - each additional event $1.00 Adult - $10.00 - 1ST event, - each additional event $5.00
You do not have to join an association (AAU, USATF, etc.) to participate in Sooner State Games Track & Field.

Verify Entries here AFTER June 16TH:
No changes are allowed other than to correct an entry. Be sure to check the following information on the Entry List: (1) Your Name (correctly spelled, etc.); (2) Correct gender (male / female); (3) Correct age group; (4) Correct event(s). Please correct my entry. If your entry is correct, there is nothing else you need to do.
